First Halloween

So Leighton started off the day as a cute pumpkin! I was sooo excited for her first little Halloween. I love dressing her up. I know the picutre with the skeleton looks a little mean... but she loved it! He would talk and laugh, and his eyeballs pop out. She had the biggest smile on her face. (Even though I couldn't catch it on camera.) She really couldn't take her eyes off him! She finished off the night as our little pea pod! I loved her little face peeking out! The costume was more like a sleeping bag on her. It lasted for about 30 minutes, but it was worth it!

It is about time you posted more pictures. I LOVE her as a pumpkin. What a great idea!! Okay about the sleeping thing... I had it waking up every three hours so at midnight (this is when he liked to wake up) I would let him cry himself to sleep. Well, not all the way, but I would let him cry for about 5 min then I would put in the pacifier and he would go back to sleep. I am on day 3 of doing that and last night he woke up at 0300 to eat. I loved it!! Tough love.. that is what I figure. Oh I tried rice cereal... did nothing for me or him. He still woke up at midnight mad. I went to my doctor and he said that a new study came out about feeding them at 6 months because it decreases on food allergies. Who knows. I guess it depends on what MD you go to. But feeding them rice cereal apparently does not help. Tough love Rach... that is what it comes to. I know it is hard, but for sanity purposes it is totally worth it!! Love getting 6 hours of sleep!! This is FORVER long!! WOW!

I just use Photoshop 6.0, you can use any of them though. It's pretty easy, I love it. No glue or paper clippings. Way easier with two kids!

Can I just quickly add I HATE HATE nursing research. I am doing my final paper and I feel so stupid. It is taking me this whole Thanksgiving break to write this paper. I just had to vent for a bit to someone who has taken the class.

She is so cute! I love all the pictures of her. She is a doll!!!! I can not believe how small she still is. How much does she weigh now? You are such a cute mom, I love that you dressed her up in two different costumes. I am sure you had so much fun with her!
