First Halloween

So Leighton started off the day as a cute pumpkin! I was sooo excited for her first little Halloween. I love dressing her up. I know the picutre with the skeleton looks a little mean... but she loved it! He would talk and laugh, and his eyeballs pop out. She had the biggest smile on her face. (Even though I couldn't catch it on camera.) She really couldn't take her eyes off him! She finished off the night as our little pea pod! I loved her little face peeking out! The costume was more like a sleeping bag on her. It lasted for about 30 minutes, but it was worth it!

Ok... I couldn't help it... Twilight the movie comes out in 21 days!

They are all pretty random, but how could I resist a cute pic of little Leila Bo? I can't believe how big she's getting! (Well big in our standards.) She's almost 4 months old!! She has been wearing size newborn... finally out of premies! Although I just bought some cute 0-3 outfits, and I think she'll be able to pull them off!! I am really excited about all the fun clothes and dressing up because there is NOT a very big selection in the premie section! Anyways Happy Fall to everyone!

Tired after her big day..

So we were finally able to bless our little girl on Sunday, and it was such a special day. Leighton was so calm the entire day, and she looked darling. She is the most preciuos little miracle. Daivs gave her a beautiful blessing. I am so happy to have such a great husband that can bless our little girl. Thanks to all the friends and family that were able to come! It really meant a lot to have you all there!

My mom and sisters threw a baby shower for Leighton this week, and it was so nice. We had one planned during the summer, but when she came early everything was postponed. This is the first week that I have been able to be around for one! It turned out really cute, and I know they put a lot of work into it! Thank you girls sooo much!! It was fun to see everyone, and we got some cute pics of the babies together.

Logan's Farewell 8-10-08

My little brother Logan left for his mission on August 12th. He is serving in the Capetown, South Africa Mission! Right now he is in the MTC in Johannesburg?. He did a great job at his farewell, and we were so happy that we could be there with Leighton. We love Logan so much and are so proud of him. Our entire family has been so sad not having him around, but we know he is doing such a great thing. He is always the one to make us laugh. He's got the most amazing personality, and I'm sure the people in Africa will feel the same way. We love you Logan!!!
